Exciting news! Genesys Works is actively preparing to launch our proven program in Jacksonville, Florida. Please join us in welcoming our new Executive Director, Alexandra D Rudnick, to lead our efforts in this community. Alex has over 15 years of experience in K-12 education, higher education, and workforce development and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. "Genesys Works has a measurable impact on its students' lives, placing them on a path for long-term success after high school. I'm thrilled to work with these amazing, motivated young adults and provide leading companies with access to this emerging pool of talent," said Alex.

Celebrating Women's History Month! Meet Michelle Villagran, a shining example of the power of opportunity. As a Genesys Works alumna, Michelle's internships opened doors, forged lifelong friendships, and empowered her to achieve upward mobility. Today, Michelle is a Primavera Unifier Implementation Specialist for a women-owned consulting group and uses her experience to uplift other young Hispanic and Latinx women navigating the tech industry. Let's celebrate her journey and the countless women making history every day!

A report by YouScience revealed that 75% of high school graduates feel unprepared to make decisions regarding college and careers. In contrast, 93% of Genesys Works alumni go on to enroll in college and are nearly three times as likely than their peers to graduate with a BA/BS degree within 6 years.
