Today’s DSC member spotlight features Softrams and the work they are doing to deliver human-centered digital services to the government, with a focus on human-centered design (HCD) and human experience (HX) design. Since its founding in 2015, Softrams has been working with the federal government to deliver digital services that positively impact their clients and the millions of Americans that depend on government services. They have been able to modernize existing services and develop new ones for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that improve experiences for end users, healthcare providers, and CMS users alike, and have made strides to improve services delivered by the GSA, USDA, NARA, DOL, and USCIS.
