Celebrating the International Day for Girls in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) 👩💻 We’ve made significant strides in recent years in inspiring more women to pursue careers in STEM and we’re continuing our efforts. This year, we’ve welcomed more than 70 girls from nearby high schools into our 'STEM - Girls to IT' event in Poland and we’re proud to host these events! The girls had the opportunity to meet with employees from our Women in Tech network and took part in various engaging workshops on AI, the software development cycle, and cybersecurity - all led by female engineers at UBS. Events like this help to challenge gender stereotypes around pursuing STEM careers and offer participants first-hand experience of working in tech.
