I-66 Express Mobility Partners is transforming I-66 Outside the Beltway (22.5 miles from I-495 to Gainesville). The new highway will feature 2 Express Lanes, 3 general purpose lanes, 4000 park and ride spaces, and expanded transit options. It will open in December 2022.
