AF Talent Management (“AFTM”) is a full-spectrum modeling and talent management agency that provides trained and highly professional models with white-glove service to our clients in the commercial and high-fashion industries. AFTM believes in the abilities of each model, and takes a hands-on, teamwork approach to scout, develop, launch, and manage our models’ careers. We proudly guide the successful careers of established models while also launching those of new faces, all with the intent of creating longevity in the business. AFTM works hard for our models and clients. In addition to working in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, our models have been signed by and worked for agencies such as Wilhelmina Models, New York Models, Marilyn Models, MMG, EMG, Liz J, JC Models, and others. We constantly look for opportunities for our models to grow their careers. AFTM was founded by professional dancer and choreographer, Chelsea Cooper Cushing. Through her years in the industry, she developed an appreciation for what constitutes professionalism, integrity, and positive customer relations, in an agency. With AFTM, she has created this rock-solid foundation in the dynamic and ever-changing fashion and beauty industries. Chelsea is working tirelessly to bring an international and high-fashion presence to Washington, D.C. while leading the way to ensure they, in-turn, truly appreciate the modeling talent that exists here.
