E-PAGA is a small, minority-owned business that, since 2006, has served as trusted advisors to our clients in four key areas: Instructional Design and Training Development. For our primary service area, E-PAGA designs, develops and implements customized training services to support its federal clients. Our team designs and builds training products from the ground up and also revises, enhances, and converts existing training curricula to best suit learner needs and organizational goals. Since 2014, E-PAGA has been awarded over eighty federal government training contracts, including those for the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, and Health and Human Services. Information Technology Solutions. E-PAGA has expertise in several IT areas, including software development, data analytics, IT portfolio management, and IT operations and maintenance. Human Capital Solutions. E-PAGA employs experts in human capital solutions to assist our clients in hiring the right people, managing their workforce effectively, and optimizing productivity. Project Management. E-PAGA employs PMP-certified project managers who use best practice approaches to help clients solve problems and create innovative opportunities while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
