COSF helps active military personnel and veterans in need navigate and access critical services by providing one-on-one support. Through our digital PATRIOTlink platform and our direct Case Coordination services, COSF connects veterans and caregivers to the people and pre-vetted resources they need to live full, healthy lives. Our Case Coordination program is designed to address the most challenging hurdles faced by caregivers and their families such as accessing earned benefits, medical and mental health issues, unemployment and underemployment, financial and housing insecurity, and finding respite care.
